Jeff uses a science-based approach to to create a unique training program for you. Some of his common programs include:

  • learn how to strength train with proper form to avoid injury

  • changing your body composition to increase muscle mass while decreasing waist circumference

  • improving athletic performance

  • competing athletically in strength or sport

Jeff first spends time talking with you about your goals, knowledge, comfort, equipment availability, time, and expectations. He uses this information to develop a program unique to you, sharing the rationale for each aspect of your fitness and nutrition journey so that you can become more informed about exercise and nutrition concepts. He teaches you how to independently and confidently exercise to meet your goals for health, independence, and fitness.
