Jeff is a lived experience and formally trained fitness and nutrition coach. He studies the latest evidence in nutrition and physical health and performance and applies it to your goals.

Examples of Jeff’s program’s:

  • learn how to strength train with proper form to avoid injury

  • changing body composition to increase muscle mass while decreasing waist circumference

  • corrective recovery from injury

  • improving athletic performance

  • competing athletically in strength, or endurance or combination sports

Jeff first spends time talking with you about your goals, knowledge, comfort, equipment availability, time, and expectations. He uses this information to develop your learning and exercise program. Unlike many others, Jeff shares the rationale for your exercise, rest and nutrition plan. He teaches you how to independently and confidently exercise to meet your goals for health, independence, and fitness. He sends you notes and gives you an exercise and rest plan. He is also available to answer questions or give clarification along the way.
